Manager, Visionary, Business Coach, Committed Partner: it is hard to describe myself professionally in one word. My intellectual curiosity has led me to study many fields of activity: law, human resources, management, organizational leadership and coaching. My career path has taken me to positions in administration, legal, recruitment, entrepreneurship, change management as well as managers and teams coaching. I predicate everything I do on authenticity, transparency, proactivity, emotional intelligence and personal and professional development—both mine and my client’s.

When I’m not assisting my clients in their recruitment, human resources or professional development projects, it’s because I’m out hiking with my family, skiing, camping, painting, drawing, or because I am reading, playing transverse flute or starting renovation projects.

Maude Labelle-Chiasson

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from University of Montréal and I lead recruitment mandates for corporate services professionals as well as various outsourcing mandates for my client related to human resources and recruitment.

Dubbed a go-getter and advocate for change, I find building transparent and authentic relationships simple. With my smile, versatility and positive personality, I make it my mission to meet everyone’s expectations while providing quality personalized service. I am often praised for my team spirit, my ability to bond with people, as well as my mentoring skills.

In my spare time, I organize all kinds of events to spend time with my friends and family; I take care of my dog, whom I love; I clean (one of my passions), and I shop online or plan my next adventure.

Frédérique Desgagnés

Talent & Strategy Consultant

I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Bishop’s University before taking a few certificate courses in law at University of Montréal. I would eventually like to complete a Master’s degree in Business Administration in order to solidify my skills even further. I help my clients achieve their professional recruitment goals in the Marketing and Communications, Accounting and Finance, and Executive and High-Level Management Recruitment fields. In addition, I guide my client throught the best recruitment, retention and onboarding strategies.

I would say I’m curious, empathetic and positive by nature. It helps me stand out for my attentiveness, authenticity, and ability to understand the needs of the professionals with whom I do business; I make sure to manage their expectations, too. The people around me regularly emphasizes my positive attitude, zest for life, and great resilience.

Outside of work, I do crossfit (and my legs always hurt), I participate in outdoor activities — walking, cross-country skiing, hiking — and I spend wonderful evenings with my family and friends. I I am also passionate about good wines, spirituality and thematic evenings.
