The Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance, our client, is a non-profit organization dedicated to training and certifying ski instructors to better serve its partners such as snow schools and the Canadian skiing public. To support them in their mission to offer high quality customer service, we are looking for an Administration Technician to complete their team.
Perquisites

Profile
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar role;
- Bilingualism (French and English), written and spoken;
- Excellent command of the Office suite (including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel);
- Proactivity, rigor, excellent adaptability and strong priority management skills;
- Professionalism, ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage, prepare and update various human resources documents (policies, procedures, contracts, job postings, reports, etc.);
- Ensure the management and updating of employee files in the computer system, and act as a point of contact with employees for all matters relating to vacation, leave, benefits, etc;
- Process group insurance enrolments and other benefits in accordance with current practices, and act as a point of contact with the provider;
- Ensure administrative follow-up of disability and work accident files with the appropriate authorities;
- Coordinate and ensure the logistics surrounding meetings and committees (preparation of documents, room reservations, coordination of travel, etc.);
- Draft, revise and translate a variety of documents (minutes, letters, memos, etc.) and ensure the necessary follow-up;
- Provide accounting support (GST and QST reports, audit files, data entry);
- Prepare expense reports;
- Act as point of contact with building manager for all issues;
- Actively participate in event organization.
