Administrative Assistant – Tax Law

Our client is a law firm located in downtown Montreal, and recognized for its values of excellence, collaboration, and integrity. He is currently looking for an Administrative/Legal Assistant to join his tax department’s team.

Full time, Permanent
Montreal, Downtown


  • Human, respectful and collaborative approach;
  • Work schedule of 33.75  hours per week;
  • Paid overtime;
  • Two (2) days of remote work per week;
  • Three (3) weeks’ vacation per year;
  • Full group insurance, etc.!


  • Three (3) years’ experience in an administrative support role;
  • Secretarial degree or training, with legal specialization (an asset);
  • Perfect bilingualism;
  • Mastery of the Office suite;
  • Professionalism, thoroughness, autonomy, and excellent customer service.


  • Support two (2) lawyers in the management and monitoring of their files;
  • Manage schedules and various deadlines;
  • Prepare and revise various legal documents (letters of offer, contracts, resolutions, etc.);
  • Open, close and file files;
  • Follow up with clients as required;
  • Billing and maintaining expense accounts.
