Administrative Assistant – Tax Law

Our client is a law firm located in downtown Montreal, and recognized for its values of excellence, collaboration, and integrity. He is currently looking for an Administrative/Legal Assistant to join his tax department’s team.
Perquisite
- Human, respectful and collaborative approach;
- Work schedule of 33.75 hours per week;
- Paid overtime;
- Two (2) days of remote work per week;
- Three (3) weeks’ vacation per year;
- Full group insurance, etc.!
Profile
- Three (3) years’ experience in an administrative support role;
- Secretarial degree or training, with legal specialization (an asset);
- Perfect bilingualism;
- Mastery of the Office suite;
- Professionalism, thoroughness, autonomy, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Support two (2) lawyers in the management and monitoring of their files;
- Manage schedules and various deadlines;
- Prepare and revise various legal documents (letters of offer, contracts, resolutions, etc.);
- Open, close and file files;
- Follow up with clients as required;
- Billing and maintaining expense accounts.
