Administrative Coordinator

Our client, a multinational company located in Anjou, is currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator to strengthen their team in the Service and Sales Department.

Profile
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position;
- DEC and/or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite;
- Flawless French and advanced English;
- Proactivity, good management skills, team player and good judgment;
- Person who is known for their resourcefulness and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate between the service and sales team, clients and all other departments in the branch;
- Review and write technical documents (contracts, sales, quotes, etc.);
- Coordinate all invoices;
- File, open and close files;
- Maintain the database;
- Follow up on contracts and deadlines;
- Etc.
