Our client, a multinational company located in Anjou, is currently looking for an Administrative Coordinator to strengthen their team in the Service and Sales Department.

Profile

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position;
  • DEC and/or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite;
  • Flawless French and advanced English;
  • Proactivity, good management skills, team player and good judgment;
  • Person who is known for their resourcefulness and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between the service and sales team, clients and all other departments in the branch;
  • Review and write technical documents (contracts, sales, quotes, etc.);
  • Coordinate all invoices;
  • File, open and close files;
  • Maintain the database;
  • Follow up on contracts and deadlines;
  • Etc.
