  • At least five (5) years of experience in a similar role;
  • Member of the CPA Order or in the process of becoming one;
  • Perfect French and English command at a professional level;
  • Great intellectual curiosity, openness, and patience;
  • Versatile, autonomous, wants to actively participate to given projects, and likes working in a team;
  • Strong interest towards the TI field;
  • Great ability to analyze and synthesize given information;
  • Good management of priorities and capacity to work under pressure.


  • Take parts in the production of monthly, quarterly, and annually financial statements, and to the preparation of the end of the year audit documentation;
  • Contribute to the production of the annual report “financial data’s” section;
  • Help in the company’s budget development and the updating of its fiscal projections;
  • Analyze financial management procedures and meet ad hoc financial analysis demands from various authorities of the company;
  • Provide one’s support to the Finance and Administration Branch staff in procedures regarding investment transactions;
  • Actively participate to the implementation and improvement of in-house controls, and information systems regarding financial and administrative fields;
  • Act as a contact person for charity project’s closing reports;
  • Maintain ties between the three (3) TI service consultants;
  • Collaborate to the development of the tree and electronic filing structure of official papers;
  • Manage incidents and/or issues with external service providers.
