Our client is an independent fund manager with a diverse portfolio whose vocation is to invest in the infrastructure industry. Having many offices internationally, he advocates for values of respect, collaboration and equality. He is now looking for a Coordinator, Digital Data Management who would like to join his dynamic team located in downtown Montreal.

Profile

  • College studies diploma (DCS) in library studies, a certificate in management of digital information or any other relevant diploma;
  • At least two (2) years of experience within a professional environment doing filing, data entry, administration, etc.;
  • Perfectly bilingual (French and English);
  • Knowledge of the Suite Office and Sharepoint software;
  • Fine attention to details;
  • Bold nature, someone who takes part in discussions and gives off self-confidence;
  • Excellent communication skills towards his·her peers or top management members;
  • Strong capacity to adapt and to manage his·her time and priorities;
  • Great interest for customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Organize all documentation with Sharepoint and Bluepoint software, review nomenclature and keep the database updated;
  • Create flow charts for project steps that will eventually be sent to clients;
  • Daily see to the completion of tasks and the respect to established deadlines;
  • Provide help to various departments of the company as for their needs and implement them into the platform;
  • Gather, sort, and analyze given information;
  • Make sure the nomenclature and standards of the company are followed and respected;
  • Take part in the improvement of documentation and filing procedures.
