Our client, a world leader in enterprise business solutions for Organizational Design, Lease Management and Real Estate Management is looking for a Head of Content to manage and lead the internal and external content creation team in its Montreal office.

  • Three (3) to four (4) weeks’ vacation depending on experience;
  • One (1) week of paid vacation during the holiday season;

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field – MBA in marketing a plus;
  • Five (5) years of experience as a leader in multichannel content creation;
  • Experience in long-form content creation and real time (immediate) content creation, web analytics, social media marketing and social media monitoring platforms;
  • Experience in creating a resource or library of content organized indicating SEO, translations and version control;
  • Proficient and fluent in English as well as basic French skills;
  • Proactive, organized, professional, attention to detail and ease to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Own short and long-term content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives;
  • Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content;
  • Working closely with brand teams and agencies on branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across channels;
  • Developing a functional content calendar per line of business;
  • Lead the writing team, editors, content strategists;
  • Integration of content activities within traditional marketing campaigns;
  • Developing standards, systems, and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval, and content repurposing;
  • Establishing workflow for requesting, creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content;
  • Identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through content analysis and deploying content assets for higher conversion rates.
