Human Resources Coordinator

Our client is a company working in the field of construction that has, over the years, built a place of choice and a solid reputation across Canada. They are currently looking for a Human Resources Coordinator for two (2) of their business units located in Anjou and Ahuntsic.

Profile
- College diploma (DCS), bachelor’s degree in human resources or any other relevant degree;
- At least six (6) months experience in a similar role;
- Excellent command of French, command of English considered an asset;
- Proven proficiency in the Office Suite tools;
- Autonomy, thoroughness and organizational skills developed;
- Ability to demonstrate a professional and confidential attitude; as well as good judgment.
Responsibilities
- Enter data into the HRIS;
- Train employees and managers on the use of the HRIS;
- Assist in the writing of job descriptions;
- Provide support in recruiting, coordinate hiring and the onboarding of new resources;
- Coordinate training activities (registration management, follow-up with external trainers);
- Participate in the updating of HR tools;
- Provide support and answer questions from staff regarding benefits, HR programs and policies;
- Assist in the organization of various events (team activities, happy hours, job fairs, etc.);
- Assist the Human Resources Advisor in various projects related to human resources.
