Profile

• Certificate or technique in cybersecurity or computing;
• Two (2) years of relevant experience, ideally in a law firm, experience in the legal field considered an asset;
• Bilingualism is considered an asset (French and English);
• Knowledge of the Office Suite tools and PDF;
• Self-taught, devoted and social person;
• Dynamism, positive energy and willingness to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide computer equipment and software support to staff;
• Provide IT support for social networking, website or blog;
• Act as the main resource for employees regarding computer issues;
• Take note of the multiple steps in problem solving;
• Prepare computer tools to welcome new employees;
• Place orders for computers and screens and program them;
• All other related tasks.
