Profile

• Member of the Quebec Bar;
• Three (3) to eight (8) years of experience in labour and employment law within a renowned law firm;
• Extensive knowledge of federal and provincial labour and employment law;
• Professionalism and impeccable customer service;
• Excellent writing and communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple files simultaneously;
• Bilingualism (advanced French and English).

Responsibilities

• Work on various files and issues related to employer-side representation;
• Participate in the negotiation of collective agreements;
• Review and draft employment contracts;
• Plead before various administrative and civil courts;
• Advise clients on corporate governance, executive compensation and pension plans;
• Provide legal advice on matters related to human rights, wrongful dismissal, pay equity, health and safety issues, and workers’ compensation;
• Support the corporate group on all matter arising in connection with mergers and acquisitions.
