The amazing (and very dynamic) team at Novea Recruitment is looking for a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator who has a developed entrepreneurial spirit. Our offices are located in the Old Port of Montreal, but we advocate flexibility by offering the possibility of working 100% from home (or almost!). Note that this is a new role within our organization and therefore, the tasks currently listed can be modified and/or evolve over time.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, either completed or in the process of obtaining;
  • Zero (0) to two (2) years of experience in marketing;
  • Organized, particularly meticulous, creative and dynamic;
  • Bilingualism (French and English, especially in writing) and excellent writing skills required;
  • Professionalism, positivism and commitment.


  • Create visual content and publish on social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram);
  • Participate in the development of new advertising and marketing strategies;
  • Manage various marketing projects such as candidate testimonials and customer satisfaction programs;
  • Be responsible for the preparation, development and dispatch of news bulletins intended for various audiences;
  • Write, on an ad hoc basis, articles and content intended for the “Consulting services” section of our website and, on a more regular basis, job postings that will be shared on our website and our platforms;
  • Take part in the organization of internal events in order to strengthen and promote group cohesion;
  • Ensure the accuracy of internal and external documents such as our service proposals, our corporate brochure and our targeted advertising;
  • Actively participate in the expansion of Novea in Canada as well as the influence of the brand in the recruitment market and take various initiatives to promote the engagement of our collaborators;
  • Look for new business opportunities by identifying new potential recruiting partnerships and conducting customer prospecting;
  • Conduct various surveys, collect feedback and follow up on customer service in order to collect information aimed at improving the quality of services offered by Novea;
  • Take part in the development of internal professionals by researching new recruitment trends in our areas of predilection and offering analysis to team members.
