Payroll Technician

Our client, a well-established medium-sized company with over a decade of experience in the investment management industry, is currently looking for a Payroll Technician to join its Human Resources team in downtown Montreal.
Perquisite

Profile
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar position in the payroll field;
- Perfect bilingualism;
- DEC in administration or any other related specialty;
- CPA (Canadian Payroll Association) membership (an asset);
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (knowledge of ADP WorkForce an asset);
- Sense of responsibility and organization, diligence, rigor and developed analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Complete the full payroll cycle of approximately 90 employees in Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States on a bi-monthly basis;
- Administer group benefits, pension plans and absence records;
- Produce and provide Records of Employment, year-end reports and employee tax forms (T4, Relevé 1, NR4, T5, Relevé 3, etc.);
- Manage subscriptions to various training programs and related fees, particularly in relation to Bill 90;
- Update employees files.
