Profile

• Master’s degree in Psychology (Research Profile) and/or Administration and/or any other relevant field (will be considered a major asset);
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in a research role;
• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, strong interpersonal skills and unparalleled thoroughness and rigour;
• Advanced knowledge of various digital and software platforms including Excel and SPSS (an asset);
• Perfect bilingualism is also required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in order to create and implement evaluation programs that meet their needs;
• Design measuring tools that aligns with the mandates’ goals;
• Interpret the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data;
• Draft, design and produce various documents and advanced analysis reports in order to present them to the clients;
• Formulate operational and strategic recommendations;
• Collaborate with project managers for data collection management to ensure the quality of the data collected;
• Ensure that research projects meet the quality standards and strategies defined at the start of each evaluation program;
• Ensure quality control and timeliness so that the objectives of the mandates are achieved;
• Take responsibility for tracking the costs of research projects.
