Profile

• A member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
• At least six (6) years of experience in corporate law;
• Bilingualism (French and English), written and spoken;
• A previous experience in business law or interest focused on this field of practice will be considered an asset;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Ability to manage several files simultaneously while meeting various deadlines;
• Developed sense of initiative, organization and resourcefulness;
• Strong writing skills;
• Meticulousness, autonomy, and intellectual curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Represent the interests of financial institutions, creditors, real estate developers and small and medium enterprises (SMEs);
• Draft and prepare real estate financings and partnerships;
• Take part in negotiations in connection with purchase and sale agreements, developing agreements and construction contracts;
• Establish direct contact with customers;
• Guide clients in the success of their projects by being an integral part of every stage of the real estate development;
• Proceed to the incorporation of companies;
• Draft corporate documents in connection with financing and drafting agreements between shareholders or companies.
