Our client, a logistics operations company with over 450 employees across North America, is currently seeking a Culture and Values Coordinator to join their Montreal office in Pointe Saint Charles.

Profile
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in a similar role;
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations, human resources, communications or other relevant area of study;
- Bilingual;
- Knowledge of computer software, in particular the Office suite;
- Excellent communication, listening, and trust relationship skills;
- Strong organizational skills and emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Organize regular meetings with all the employees to ensure their well-being and their professional and personal development;
- Implement tools to analyze employee satisfaction, conduct surveys and analyze the results;
- Promote the employer branding and the company culture;
- Plan events, including job fairs, team building activities, training, etc;
- Act as a point of contact for all employees;
- Manage social media platforms.
