Profile

• Five (5) years of experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of the health and/or community setting (an asset);
• A. in Management or other relevant field;
• Mastery of the Office suite and a learning management system;
• Impeccable French, strong writing skills, intermediate English;
• Autonomy, a spirit of synthesis, boldness and rigour.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, plans, implements, coordinates, and monitors training activities;
• Manages training design projects with input from various experts;
• Actively participates in the development of the budget;
• Reports on the progress of work, budget monitoring and prepares various progress and final reports;
• Reviews and optimizes existing processes and procedures;
• Conducts advocacy, communication and training promotion activities;
• Equips and supports the various stakeholders in the development of educational projects and tools;
• Organizes and facilitates various committees;
• Participates in and supports the various activities organized (regional meetings, congresses, workshops, promotional visits, etc.);
• Performs any other related tasks.
