Finance Assistant

Our client, a successful and well-established business with over a decade of experience in environmental and investment management, is currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team based in downtown Montreal.
Perquisite
- Flexible and hybrid work schedule of 37,5 hours;
- A competitive salary, in addition to a year-end bonus;
- Full group insurance paid at 75% by the employer, in addition to a pension fund;
- Four (4) weeks vacation;
- Money allocated for public transit reimbursements, physical activities and computer equipment.
Profile
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar position;
- AEC or DEC in office automation, secretariat or any other relevant field;
- Perfect bilingualism;
- Interest in working with numbers;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel;
- Professionalism, thoroughness, responsiveness, ability to manage several files simultaneously while establishing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support two members of the Executives on a day-to-day basis in their duties, in addition to supporting the employees of the department;
- Enter and update the financial data in the Excel software;
- Perform research and produce reports using Excel;
- Verify fiscal statements;
- Prepare employee expense reports;
- Manage agendas, calls and correspondence;
- Write, correct and translate various documents.
