Our client, a successful and well-established business with over a decade of experience in environmental and investment management, is currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team based in downtown Montreal.

Perquisite

  • Flexible and hybrid work schedule of 37,5 hours;
  • A competitive salary, in addition to a year-end bonus;
  • Full group insurance paid at 75% by the employer, in addition to a pension fund;
  • Four (4) weeks vacation;

Profile

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar position;
  • AEC or DEC in office automation, secretariat or any other relevant field;
  • Perfect bilingualism;
  • Interest in working with numbers;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel;
  • Professionalism, thoroughness, responsiveness, ability to manage several files simultaneously while establishing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support two members of the Executives on a day-to-day basis in their duties, in addition to supporting the employees of the department;
  • Enter and update the financial data in the Excel software;
  • Perform research and produce reports using Excel;
  • Verify fiscal statements;
  • Prepare employee expense reports;
  • Manage agendas, calls and correspondence;
  • Write, correct and translate various documents.
