Financial Analyst

Profile

• College diploma (DEC) plus experience or university training in business administration;
• A minimum of two (2) years experience in accounting;
• Fluent French and professional English skills;
• Good command of the Office suite and Quickbooks;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Outstanding customer service, attention to detail and excellent tolerance for change;
• Ability to manage work independently and be proactive and responsible in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily entries and monthly reconciliations;
• Reconcile invoices with payments;
• Coordinate bank deposits and communicate financial results to senior management on a regular basis;
• Pay supplier invoices and monitor bank account balances;
• Produce monthly financial statements, including cash flows, income statements and balance sheets;
• Prepare quarterly tax remittance and collaborate with external accountants in preparing required information for operating and corporate taxes;
• All other related tasks.
