Profile

• Three (3) to seven (7) years of experience in commercial law;
• Ability to handle files independently and sense of priorities;
• Proactivity and ability to work in a very dynamic environment;
• Interpersonal skills and versatility in dealing with clients;
• Excellent team spirit;
• Very good oral and written communication;
• Bilingualism.

Responsibilities

• Act as an advisor in various files related to the practice of commercial law;
• Manage and maintain contact with a clientele from various business sectors;
• Review, draft and negotiate contractual documents and transactional agreements;
• Support the transactional law team by working collegially on files;
• Practice in various areas of business law, including licensing and technology, franchising and distribution, service and supply agreements, e-commerce and social networking, commercialization of intellectual property and any related regulatory area.
