Our client, a medium-sized law firm that distinguishes itself by the excellence of its professionals and its growing team, is currently seeking a Tax Lawyer to join its team in the Laval office.

Profile
- Four (4) to six (6) years of experience in tax law;
- Master’s degree or DESS in taxation;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Interest in business development;
- Bilingualism in French and English;
- Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility;
- Team player and proactive.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients in the context of business planning and reorganizations;
- Performing strategic analysis and obtaining advance rulings on various tax implications of future transactions;
- Provide advice to businesses on income and commodity taxes;
- Reviewing and drafting various legal documents in the context of planning, reorganization and tax representations.
