Our client, a mid-size law firm, is currently looking for a Legal Assistant to support his real estate team.

Profile
- One (1) year experience as a Legal Assistant, preferably in Notarial, Real Estate or Corporate Law;
- Fluent in French and English;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite;
- Rigor, thoroughness, customer service, excellent writing skills, teamwork and resourcefulness.
Responsibilities
- Preparation, drafting and revision of various legal documents (mortgage deeds and sales, easements, securities report, etc.;
- Publication of deeds in the land registry and the RDPRM (sales, releases, mortgages, etc.);
- Opening and organizing files;
- Coordination and follow-up with clients and other firms;
- Holding of notaries’ minutes;
- Preparation of adjustment sheets and disbursement and invoicing statements relating to each of the files.
