Profile

• At least three (3) to seven (7) years of experience in insurance, commercial, real estate or construction litigation;
• A member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec;
• Excellent writing skills;
• Bilingual;
• Great attention to details, sense of organization, autonomy, critical thinking, and capacity to work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Representing the interests of financial institutions, real estate developers, creditors, and insurers;
• Putting forward the rights, the cases in negligence, and the hypothecary actions of those organizations;
• Taking parts in negotiations and legal representations before the court;
• Benefiting from firsthand contacts with clients to ensure the best possible support.
