Notary or Business Lawyer

Profile

• 5 years of experience in business law;
• Member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec or Quebec Bar;
• Good knowledge of the business world;
• Ability to simplify the legal language and to adapt to clients;
• Team spirit, autonomy, proactivity and dynamism.

Responsibilities

• Accompanying clients in the purchase and sale of small and medium-sized businesses;
• Drafting and revising letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, share purchase agreements, due diligence, and various legal documents;
• Participating in transaction negotiations;
• Advising clients in tax reorganizations and capital reorganizations.
