Profile

• Three (3) years of experience in the corporate real estate;
• Member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec;
• Bilingual;

Responsibilities

• Support the team in terms of acquisitions, disposition of real estate properties, and real estate portfolio;
• Take action in real estate financing, on both lender and borrower sides, regarding term and construction financing, and proceed to financial assumptions;
• Assist clients with mandates regarding real estate development, rights over an area, divided co-ownership, emphyteusis, easements, usufruct, etc.
