Profile

• Attestation of college studies (AEC) in legal technique, an asset;
• Ideally, three (3) years of experience in advertising and marketing law;
• Full bilingualism;
• Command of the Office Suite tools;
• Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines;
• Excellent sense of organization and good self-confidence;
• Great sense of priority management.

Responsibilities

• Draft various legal documents for review by the Senior VP and Assistant Junior Counsel;
• Review advertising, product labels, point-of-sale materials, coupon copy and related documents;
• Research and analyze international legal sources such as statutes, regulations, legal articles and legal codes;
• Draft correspondence and legal documents and file them in the office filing system;
• Participate in internal meetings and internal/external conferences to get a better understanding of the company’s objectives and initiatives;
• Analyze and interpret regulations, articles, and general correspondence.
