Profile

• Five (5) to ten (10) years of relevant experience, including several years of experience in securities and/or contract negotiation;
• Excellent writing skills and thoroughness;
• Good management of priorities and ability to work on several files at the same time;
• Autonomy, versatility and sense of responsibility;
• Willingness to work as part of a team and to evolve in a work environment focused on people and respect.

Responsibilities

• Act as a contract manager, including review and negotiation;
• Draft and maintain the various legal documents;
• Provide support by answering legal questions from the various teams;
• Conduct regulatory monitoring and participate in the implementation of laws and regulations applicable to the mutual fund industry and to the organization;
• Provide support in corporate law and governance matters;
• Participate in the drafting and maintenance of compliance manuals and other procedures;
• Collaborate with outside counsel on matters requiring specific expertise.
