Our client, a provider of intelligent and secure access solutions, is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their Human Resources team in their Montreal office.

  • At least three (3) years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, in a manufacturing environment (an asset);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Administration;
  • Good command of the Office suite;
  • Perfect bilingualism;
  • Excellent sense of planning and organization of work, thoroughness, ability to adapt and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Strong ability to manage several mandates simultaneously and to work under pressure.


  • Act as an expert in talent acquisition and be aware of new trends;
  • Carry out the entire recruitment cycle from the initial mandate to the hiring process;
  • Identify and implement innovative and proactive search strategies to build a pool of candidates for specific positions;
  • When required, negotiate agreements with recruitment agencies;
  • Represent the company at recruitment and networking events;
  • Advise managers at all stages of the recruitment process;
  • Follow-up with internal clients and ensure their satisfaction.
