Our client, a successful and well-established business with over a decade of experience in environmental and investment management, is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team based in downtown Montreal.

Perquisite

  • Flexible and hybrid work schedule of five (5) hours;
  • A competitive salary, in addition to a year-end bonus;
  • Full group insurance paid at 75% by the employer, in addition to a pension fund;
  • Four (4) weeks vacation;
  • Money allocated for public transit reimbursements, physical activities and computer equipment.

Profile

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in a position similar to this one in supporting a team;
  • AEC or DEC in office automation, in secretariat or any other related field;
  • Perfect bilingualism;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and computer tools;
  • Professionalism, rigor, and the capacity to manage several files simultaneously while establishing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support two members of the executive management team in their daily work, in addition to providing support to the entire team of about 20 employees;
  • Manage agendas, calls and correspondences;
  • Coordinate employees’ travel outside of Quebec and make all travel reservations (flights, hotels, etc.);
  • Write, correct and translate various documents;
  • Prepare the employees’ expense reports;
  • Order office supplies, etc.
