Building Management Assistant

Our client, a real estate promoter, developer and investor, is looking for a Building Management Assistant for one of its projects located in Brossard.

Profile
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of real estate (residential) and customer service;
- Office System Technology diploma or Paralegal technology diploma or secretarial Studies diploma;
- Bilingualism (a must);
- Knowledge of the Office suite and HOPEM software (an asset);
- Management of priorities, ability to adapt, excellent customer service, rigour, professionalism and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Management and processing of tenant service calls;
- Administrative support in all matters (payment management, record keeping and tenant files, etc.)
- Act as a point of contact between various collaborators;
- Drafting of various correspondence or documents for tenants;
- Ensure the proper functioning of security equipment and assistance software;
- Greeting potential residents, conducting rental visits and completing administrative files (and relevant documentation).
