Our client, a real estate promoter, developer and investor, is looking for a Building Management Assistant for one of its projects located in Brossard.

Profile

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the field of real estate (residential) and customer service;
  • Office System Technology diploma or Paralegal technology diploma or secretarial Studies diploma;
  • Bilingualism (a must);
  • Knowledge of the Office suite and HOPEM software (an asset);
  • Management of priorities, ability to adapt, excellent customer service, rigour, professionalism and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Management and processing of tenant service calls;
  • Administrative support in all matters (payment management, record keeping and tenant files, etc.)
  • Act as a point of contact between various collaborators;
  • Drafting of various correspondence or documents for tenants;
  • Ensure the proper functioning of security equipment and assistance software;
  • Greeting potential residents, conducting rental visits and completing administrative files (and relevant documentation).
