Executive assistant

Our client is an international foundation whose mission is to achieve greater equity and social justice by helping various populations around the world. Based in Ahuntsic, they are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director in the management and development of the organization. 

Full time, Permanent

  • Collegial Degree in office administration or secretarial skills;
  • Five (5) years of experience in a philanthropic environment;
  • Perfect French and intermediate English;
  • Excellent knowledge of software (Office suite);
  • Experience in the legal field is an asset;
  • Positivism, thoroughness, strong organizational skills, proactivity, excellent writing skills.


  • Assist and support the Executive Director in her duties (calendar and traveling);
  • Organize, assist and manage committees, general meetings and boards of directors;
  • Prepare the agenda and documents related to the meetings;
  • Participate in the process of the documents’ signature;
  • Contribute to the development of corporate events such as professional and holiday celebrations;
  • Correct, write, translate and format various documents (minutes, agendas, correspondence, reports).
