They are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for their offices located in Quebec City.

Perquisite

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, human resources or industrial relations;
  • At least five (5) years of experience in a human resources generalist role;
  • Flawless French;
  • Member of the CHRP or CIRC (an asset);
  • Must be recognized for his·her proactivity, sense of initiative, autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills;
  • As the company is constantly growing, the person must have an excellent ability to adapt and be an excellent team player.

Responsibilities

  • Advise managers to ensure HR strategies and solutions are in place to address key business priorities;
  • Promote employee retention, engagement and talent attraction practices;
  • Coordinate occupational health and safety activities with the committee;
  • Deploy and follow up on various HR programs: performance management, skills development, workforce planning, etc.;
  • Participate in the recruitment process;
  • Ensure a monitoring role in order to understand and anticipate trends in its field of expertise and make appropriate recommendations to ensure the development of best HR practices;
  • Analyze performance indicators and determine the actions required in human resources management.
