Profile

• Be a member of the Quebec or Ontario Bar;
• At least two years of customer service experience. Experience in a recruitment agency is an asset;
• Organized, pleasant and dynamic person;
• Bilingualism (French and English, especially in writing) and good writing skills;
• Professionalism, positivism and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in all recruitment files by becoming an important point of reference with a large pool of clients and candidates;
• Targeting customer needs, and maintaining and developing customer relationships;
• Search for candidates on platforms and using technological tools;
• Conduct interviews with candidates;
• Participate in internal and external events;
• Write and publish job postings;
• Update the database (CRM);
• Prepare reports and statistics, and analyze reports to guide recruitment strategies;
• In addition, you will have a great autonomy in your work.
