Payroll and Human Resources Technician

Our client, an established real estate management organization with offices in the East End of Montreal, is looking for a Payroll and Human Resources Technician to support his great HR team.

Profile
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in payroll processing and human resources;
- Certificate or Diploma of college studies (DCS) in Human Resources;
- Flawless French and intermediate English;
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (knowledge of Nethris is an asset);
- Good analytical skills, dynamism, attention to detail and proactivity;
- Desire to improve processes and participate in various HR projects.
Responsibilities
- Process the payroll of approximately 120 employees via the Nethris software;
- Create and update employee records in the database;
- Act as a point of contact for all employee questions regarding human resources;
- Manage registrations for various training courses and related fees;
- Prepare the arrival of new employees;
- Plan meetings with managers;
- Organize corporate events.
