Project Support Coordinator

Our client, a company specialized in the civil engineering and industrial building fields, is currently looking for a Project Support Coordinator to join its team located in Dorval.

Profile
- Diploma of college studies in a relevant field is considered an asset;
- Ideally, three (3) to five (5) years of experience, experience in the construction field is considered an asset;
- Flawless command of French (written and spoken);
- Ability to work on many projects simultaneously and good sense of priorities;
- Good sense of organization, analytical mind and meticulousness;
- Dynamism, rigour and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Monitor site activities by coordinating the different needs of various departments;
- Work in close collaboration with the company’s departments;
- Ensure compliance of budgets;
- Plan meetings, draft reports and announcements, ensure the layout of reports, etc.;
- Work with management to efficiently deploy guidelines and monitoring tools to track the company’s daily activities;
- Ensure effective communication between departments and between management and employees;
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures in order to improve the company’s productivity;
- Provide support to management during events;
- Review reports, correspondence, presentations and any other document assigned by the company;
- Any other related tasks.
