Our client is an organization whose primary mission is the public protection and to improve the health of Quebecers. They are currently looking for a Remediation Officer to provide administrative support to the department.

Perquisite

  • Salary range between $55,000 and $61,000;
  • Flexible work schedule of 33.75 hours/week spred over 4,5 days;
  • Insurance plan paid by the employer;
  • Defined contribution pension plan;
  • Four (4) weeks of vacation;
  • Healthy, pleasant and respectful work environment.

Profile

  • At least four (4) years experience in a professional work environment;
  • Flawless French and intermediate English;
  • Excellent Office Suite skills;
  • Must have participated in IT development projects (important asset);
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent management of priorities and be recognized for your professionalism, discretion and rigor at work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage supervisor’s agenda;
  • Coordinate intervention and training activities;
  • Communicate with all stakeholders involved in order to proceed with the opening of files(including preparation, analysis, updating, closing, etc.) and ensure the necessary follow-ups;
  • Coordinate meetings;
  • Prepare, correct and format various documents;
  • Perform data entry and update the various databases;
  • Follow up on invoicing and verify expense reports;
  • Participate in the development of computer tools in collaboration with the department coordinator.
