Profile

• At least five (5) years experience in a similar role in a professional environment;
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, administration (or any other field deemed relevant);
• Perfect bilingualism (both oral and written);
• Knowledge of the FolksRH platform (an asset);
• Proactivity, professionalism, excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead for the full recruitment cycle, from requirement gathering to the employee onboarding process (job definition, search, approach, pre-qualification interview, interview, job offer negotiation, hiring)
• Collaborate with managers to determine current and future recruitment needs and implement best practices to meet them;
• Develop a talent acquisition strategy to build a pool of qualified candidates;
• Conduct comprehensive market research to ensure knowledge of the job market in the relevant fields;
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional associations and other sources of candidates;
• Participate in special projects leading to the improvement of the staffing process and other HR components in collaboration with members of the Human Resources team.
