Our client is an organization that provides various logistics services, including transportation, loading and storage of surplus products, for its clients in Canada and the United States. They are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team.

Profile
- One (1) to three (3) years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high volume role;
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications of Marketing (an asset);
- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking;
- Must be proactive and demonstrate creativity in identifying solutions;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Drive and desire to work as a team;
- Proficient with the Office suite;
- Bilingualism (French and English).
Responsibilities
- Create, draft and translate job postings;
- Publish job postings on the appropriate platforms;
- Proceed to the pre-selection of candidates corresponding to the profile sought;
- Conduct telephone interviews with potential candidates;
- Present interesting candidates to the hiring managers and coordinate the interviews;
- Coordinate all stages of the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to sending tests and reference checks;
- Build a job fair calendar and attend the jobs fairs;
- Provide an impeccable candidate experience and proudly represent the employer;
- Onboard new employees and contribute to their successful integration.
