Our client, a company that assists organizations, managers, professionals and many others in resolving workplace disputes, is currently looking for a part time Administrative Assistant for their team in Outremont.

Profile

  • Diploma of college studies (DCS) or Attestation of college studies (ACS);
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role;
  • Perfect bilingualism, written and spoken;
  • Mastery of Office Suite tools, with mastery of Jurisevolution considered an asset;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positivism and sense of initiative;
  • Professionalism, rigour, autonomy and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your superior’s agenda and answer her calls/reply to her emails;
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings;
  • Manage file openings and closings;
  • Write proposals;
  • Create new clients in the system and enter data;
  • Review internal and external documents;
  • Perform basic accounting (invoicing, bank reconciliation, payroll, etc.);
  • Make expense accounts and manage hotel bookings, train tickets, etc.;
  • Any other related tasks.
